He draws his inspiration for his paintings from his faith in Christ among other things. Here are a few bible verses in particular which have a direct impact on his art: 1 Corinthians 15:33-58<\/a>, 2 Corinthians 4:4-12<\/a>, Colossians 3:9-12<\/a>, and Ephesians 4:22-24<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Jake considers his paintings to be works which ripen as they are viewed and considered. He hopes that you enjoy the time they take to do so. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Jake grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and graduated from the Baltimore School for the Arts.
